best car game for low end pc

its a great game, and 14 has been added, and a lot of people are now going to, or back to 11, so i want final 11 to be brought here, i want to clip rare moments and drops, it would be great

clips arent recorded for me, even with the update out, but im guessing this is because the microsoft store version doesnt even let you edit files, so if this is impossible sorry

just so i can make videos on it you already have wizards101

It would be usefull because you can do some incredible kills/parkour.
