I would love to be able to change the speed of clips within the editor in order to create slow motion replays, or speed up boring sections of footage that are required for the context of the edit.

It would be useful as a large portion of this game is spent in lobbies so full game recording involves a large amount of dead recording, anyone recording using outplayed would prefer this to full recording.
