its pretty hard as you need to predict the enemys trajectory in the air AND your shooting a projectile so its even harder. so basically its when an enemy is in the air and you hit that enemy thats in the air with a rocket launcher or a pipe/grenad...

since some people might not want to record the entire session, and recording kills is almos the same thing, i think most people would want to record play of the game or killstreaks higher than 10.

Would be really cool for people who can do stuff like that and also if you want to share a clip with your friends.
