HellDivers is a game LOADED with action so I/we understand the "scene/action" bookmarking is tough. However, when you string kills it says 'x24' for example. That could be agood point to bookmark "clip"
There is so much content to be made on this game, its tedious to sift through 40 minutes of gameplay quickly0

Hotkey for the new screen recorder
I might just be blind, but it seems it currently is not possible to start and stop the screen recorder with some sort of hot key. Being able to set custom keybinds to start/stop the recorder and to make bookmarks would greatly increase its utility.3 Planned
