Add Highlights for FiveM and GTA V

It does the full screen recording, but as a rythem game its very important, whole sscreen is fine, cut down by songs even better, but no sound just sucks :(

Its a very fun multiplayer game that is no longer on adobe so pls add this over iv had some INSANE plays on it so pls do it :) thx you out played team

I want to record highlights not an entire session i wont ever use taking up tons of storage.
