Add red color/heat effect for the heatshield on reentry. Add ability to build our own parts.

the reason I got outplayed is because i wanted to record sector's edge clips

since we cant clip stuff on Outplayed they should add Outplayed so we can clip stuff or sumn shit

so i can clip whenever i get a good dino
