Add a setting to toggle Outplayed launching on game

Add a setting to toggle Outplayed launching on game closure.

There should be a setting to toggle Outplayed launching after you close a game. It gets annoying sometimes when switching games or restarting the same game and Outplayed launches itself over my other windows.
