Allow users to create tags that they can then assign to clips so that they can find clips more easily within their libraries.

The work around that I have been using for this is titling clips using tags such as "Outplay" "Montage Moment" "Funny" "Nice Shot" and stuff like that. Having pre-set tags and not having to type them into the title would be a game-changer!
