I'm not sure how they would do a level up one and have it be an entertaining clip, seeing as level ups and experience progress don't change and actually update in the code until you are back in the lobby. I agree on the others, maybe like someone else suggested 30 seconds before a B.T and 10-15 seconds after, and yeah maybe the last 5 minutes of the game or something before extraction to show all difficulty extraction times. They could leave a minute or so after to show all rewards and if anyone leveled up there at the same time.
