So, in the app's capture settings you can make it so Outplayed either records JUST the game audio, or your entire computer audio. There should be a part below it where you can select what apps the recorder is capturing, such as your game and Discord and leaving out the Spotify audio. It's a little awkward of sending clips to friends and having my music playing in the background.
