Whenever you meet a player with the VOIP function it usually ends up with an interesting interaction, either a fake friendly, an argument mid kill or just a friendly wholesome encounter. It'd be cool if outplayed could detect when the ingame mic is being used or another player's mic is being detected so it could just record the player interactions and be easy to manage when recording.
