Please fix the aspect ratio to 16:9 stretch not some

Please fix the aspect ratio to 16:9 stretch not some black bars.

I turned on "Force video aspect ratio to 16:9" with stretch option but when I record cs2 replays it always keep recording with two fucking black bars on side. PLEASE FIX
