Add Outplayed on "vulkan" launch mode for R6S

On certain games a "VULKAN" launch option exist, like on Rainbow Six Siege, infortunately, when used (it can boost fps and rendering things) it's not detected by Outplayed and my games are not recorded, nor the game is detected to be R6 by Outplayed.

    This should already be supported with Outplayed. If you have issues with it, please contact via Discrod or open a support ticket.
