Adding kills / assists to planetside

Add kill auto-highlights for regular kills and assists, with some custom options like getting a kill streak, as well as death and vehicle kills (Both destroying a vehicle and killing players with one)

    Shouldn´t even be that hard to add, since PlanetSide2 features an API you can use.

    Recursion Tracker already makes use of that.
