I noticed that the app already knows what kind of game of Fortnite you're playing, so what if you could have different recording settings for different gamemodes? For example, I don't want to record any gameplay from Creative gamemodes at all, but I still want to record my normal Solos and Duos highlights, or record entire games with my Trios group.

I think you could leave it as an advanced set of options in a dropdown in the settings so people don't get confused by it, and that could pave the way for other games to get similar sets of gamemode-specific or other advanced options to let people better customize when the app records.
