Change all recording hotkeys (instead of changing them per-game)

Got the app, would love it if I could change the recording hotkeys for EVERY game vs. having to set it per-game.

    @Team Overwolf it's been 2 years, do you think you could finally share the secret location of this global hotkey application? Until then, I'm not using this software.

    Apply a hotkey globbaly for all games after you edit it released in version 96.0.4027
