Create the ability to upload content from saved videos not captured in Outplayed.

Capturing videos through Outplayed makes the file size way too big. A 10+ hour video is about 25 gigs with Outplayed, through StreamLabs OBs it is only about 18 or 19 gigs. So I use that to capture videos and want to use Outplayed to edit and create.

Thanks for the feedback. You can import import external videos into Outplayed, see how in the link below. On a side note, Outplayeds is using OBS as its capture engine so what ever settings you have in OBS, you can use in Outplayed and the result should be the same. https://support.overwolf.com/en/support/solutions/articles/9000209065-outplayed-faq#How-to-import-external-clips-into-Outplayed
