Global Toggle to Disable "Game Dashboard" Window

I typically play my games with two monitors and use the clips/highlights function to share short clips with friends. There isn't much of a need in my use case for a dashboard that includes things such as play time, capture settings, Overwolf/Outplayed service status, etc. due to using it in such a way and having to toggle the setting for every game is a bit of a hassle.

Having a single toggle to set the default state of the game dashboard would be much appreciated. Keeping the per-game settings as you currently do to override for the newly selected "default" on a case-by-case basis (globally set to "off" but enabled for certain games or vice versa) would be even better!
