By detecting if the user is streaming or not, overwolf/outplayed will enable/disable the recording feature unless the user has specifically enabled background recordings when streaming.

That way, its easy to filter and way way way less time consuming on choosing highlights. *ex. Kill_filename... or death_filename, same goes with assist, clip, steal, etc.
