It makes recording less choppy when game FPS are not the same as recording FPS (eg when game plays at 50 FPS and recording is at 60) espetially when a lag occures, leading to skipped frames and frames which are too long (frame being duplicated).

There are times when unnecessary sounds are recorded on the microphone during recording, so I felt that a separate soundtrack was needed
