Bitrate Control

It would be great to have more bitrate control options(VBR, CBR, CQP) and custom audio bitrate.

Audio Tracks

Add setting to have multiple audio tracks, so we can separate incoming audio from games and chat(Discord).

Video Encoder

Add more encoder options, such as H264, H265, and AV1. This helps managing storage space and video quality since the compression rates are different.
