VALORANT โ€“ Automatic Kill & Death Playback, Detailed Combat Timeline and Weapon Information

๐ŸŽฎ VALORANT โ€“ Automatic Kill & Death Playback and Improved Match Timeline

Hello Outplayed Team! โค๏ธ

I would love to suggest an improvement to the VALORANT recording and replay system in Outplayed.

Currently, Outplayed can detect and mark kills and other gameplay events on the timeline. However, when I want to watch all my kills or deaths, I have to manually navigate between individual events.

I would love to see a system similar to Insights Capture, but integrated directly into Outplayed, with more detailed combat information and automatic playback.

โญ 1. Automatic Kill and Death Playback

My main suggestion is to introduce an Auto Play feature.

When enabled, Outplayed would automatically play each recorded kill or death clip in chronological order.

For example:

  • Play the first kill.

  • Automatically jump to the next kill when the current clip ends.

  • Continue playing all selected events without requiring manual clicks.

  • Optionally include deaths, assists, aces, clutches, and multi-kills.

  • Allow users to pause, skip, or return to previous events.

Players could also choose how many seconds before and after each event should be included in the playback.

This would make reviewing an entire match much easier and more enjoyable.

๐Ÿ”ซ 2. Detailed Kill and Death Information

I would also love a detailed event list showing exactly what happened during each fight.

For every kill, Outplayed could display:

  • The VALORANT agent I was playing.

  • The enemy agent I eliminated.

  • The weapon I used to eliminate them (Vandal, Phantom, Operator, Sheriff, etc.).

  • Whether the kill was a headshot.

  • The timestamp of the event.

For every death, Outplayed could display:

  • The enemy agent who eliminated me.

  • The weapon they used to kill me.

  • Whether I was eliminated by a headshot.

  • The timestamp of my death.

It would be amazing if the event list included VALORANT agent portraits and weapon icons to make everything easy to recognize.

๐Ÿ“Š 3. Keep the Original Match Timeline

I would like the original Outplayed match timeline to remain visible below the video player.

It could continue showing:

  • Kills.

  • Deaths.

  • Assists.

  • Important gameplay events.

  • The exact moment each event occurred.

At the end of the timeline, there could be a special match result indicator:

๐Ÿ† WIN โ€“ A golden trophy icon for a victory.

โŒ DEFEAT โ€“ A clear defeat indicator for a lost match.

This would make it easy to understand how the entire match went without changing the familiar Outplayed timeline.

๐ŸŽฏ 4. Event Filters and Customization

Players could choose which events they want to watch automatically.

For example:

  • Kills only.

  • Deaths only.

  • Kills and deaths.

  • Assists.

  • Aces and multi-kills.

  • All selected highlights.

Additional settings could include:

  • Enable or disable Auto Play.

  • Choose the number of seconds before and after an event.

  • Filter events by weapon.

  • Automatically skip unimportant moments.

The original full-match recording would still remain available for normal playback.

๐Ÿ’œ 5. Why Would This Be Useful?

I believe these improvements would make Outplayed much more convenient for VALORANT players.

Instead of manually clicking through every kill or death, users could simply enable Auto Play and watch their important moments one after another.

Detailed weapon and agent information would also help players understand their performance and review their mistakes.

It would combine the convenience of automatic highlight playback with the detailed match timeline that Outplayed already offers.

โค๏ธ Final Thoughts

I really enjoy using Outplayed, and I believe this feature could make the VALORANT recording experience even better.

I have also created a visual concept showing how this system could look inside Outplayed.

I would love to see something similar implemented in a future update!

Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestion! โค๏ธ๐ŸŽฎ

๐ŸŽจ Additional Note โ€“ Visual Concept

I have also attached a small visual concept to help illustrate how I imagine this feature could look in Outplayed.

I apologize if some of the characters, weapons, or visual details in the image do not perfectly match VALORANT. โค๏ธ

The image is only a concept created to demonstrate my idea, so please don't focus too much on the small inaccuracies.

My main goal was to show how the automatic playback system, detailed kill and death information, weapon icons, and match timeline could work together.

I hope this little visual example makes my suggestion easier to understand!

Thank you so much for your time and understanding! ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŽฎ
