Have different Audio Devices for each game. For Example for VRChat (Or any other VR Games in general) It will change the Audio Devices to the Headset Audio and Microphone and for other (non-VR) games it will use the Default Settings from Capture. It'll save a lot of time without having to switch the Audio devices every time you play a different game
I've been running into this issue too. I was using it to record a VRChat session, although I didn't realize until after that the audio device was still set to my monitor speakers from a separate game. It's a bit unwieldy to have to change the targeted device whenever I switch between VR and Desktop games
